The Park attracts over 100 different species native to Costa Rica. Our expert guides will take you to hidden bird havens and strategic locations that will allow you to observe these tropical birds in their natural habitat.
Keep an eye out for the following species: Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Oropendolas, Roseate Spoonbill, Sunbittern, King Vulture, Crested Guan, Spectacled Owl, Red-lored Parrot, Pale Billed Woodpecker.

For all tours in the approved area, we offer transportation for free with a minimum of two people reserving the tour. While free hotel pickup and drop-off are offered, for your benefit, we encourage you to arrive in your own vehicle if possible. We are just 15 minutes south from the center of Jaco on Route 34. The turn is well marked and we’re only 1.2 miles off the main coastal highway. After your tours are completed at The Park, having a vehicle will allow you to explore some of the most exotic beaches and coastal attractions in this area. Please realize that if you choose the provided transportation option, you will be limited to the schedule of those with whom you are sharing the shuttle.

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled tour(s), there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled tour(s), there is a 50% cancellation fee – you will receive a 50% refund of your payment. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled tour(s), there is a 100% cancellation fee – there will be no refund. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
